Appointments
Scheduled appointments are available at our Clinics in Little Falls and Pierz, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm. Saturday walk-in appointments are available in Little Falls from 9 am to 11 am.
Please Note: Starting August 1st, 2009 you will be required to present your insurance card and photo i.d. at our front desk when coming in for an appointment.

Parking & Access
Parking is available at street level only a few steps away from the main entrance to our facilities in Little Falls, Pierz and Randall.
All locations provide easy access for patients with special needs.
Checking In
When you check in at Family Medical Center, you enter a friendly, supportive environment where you’ll be treated with dignity as an individual – the type of welcome larger medical institutions typically can’t match.
At registration, you will be asked to confirm some personal information, such as your mailing address and insurance information.
We are concerned about patient privacy. You’ll need to sign a release that authorizes Family Medical Center to keep your private health information on file and allows us to share it with others, such as your insurance company or other doctors, when appropriate. This authorization is required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We ask you not to discuss your medical condition with others or seek private information from others while waiting to see your doctor.
We’ll make every effort to be on time, though we hope you’ll understand if your doctor’s schedule is disrupted by an emergency. If your wait exceeds 20 minutes, please tell the receptionist.
We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early for your appointment, especially if you need to complete patient forms. You can download, print and complete some registration forms before you arrive.
